All rates are in USD per unit per night and includes 7% VAT and 10% Service Charge (first 4 beds are covered in unit price). We offer 25% discount for stays of 13 nights and longer and 40% discount for stays of one month and longer (this does not apply for Peak Season).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days before arrival: No charge. Cancellations made 2-7 days before arrival: 50% of room charge. Cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival: 100% of room charge.
Cancellation – Peak Season: Cancellations made before 01 Dec: No charge. Cancellations made on 01 Dec and after: 100% of room charge.
